Ultherapy lifts from the deep SMAS layer with focused ultrasound; Thermage tightens the dermis with radiofrequency. Sagging responds better to Ultherapy, texture and fine wrinkles to Thermage. Many patients combine both.
Is 300 or 600 shots right for me?
300 shots targets the lower face and jawline; 600 shots treats the full face including brow and mid-face. After imaging your skin, the doctor may recommend adding 100-shot increments only where needed.
How long do results last?
Collagen builds for 2–3 months after treatment and results typically hold 6 months to a year. An annual maintenance session keeps the lift continuous.
Is it safe around the eyes?
